Jesus,
You are the Lamb once slain who is
now
standing at the right hand
of the
Father. (Rev. 5:6)
Once you
were dead, yet you live forever.
Truly,
you, Jesus Christ, are our hope.
The
Sisters of Jesus Our Hope live the evangelical counsels of chastity,
poverty and obedience in a spirit of joyful hope and servant love!
Following the Rule of St. Augustine they strive to “be of one mind
and heart on the way to God.”
They seek to catechize with hope, to teach with love and to serve with
joy. By the witness of their vibrant community life and through their
apostolate in the Church, they proclaim Jesus Christ – his life, his
teachings, his promises – and the great truth of his merciful love which
is the source of hope for the whole world. |
